Goldenbook Serif Font is an elegant serif family with graceful curves, offering an art-deco take on classic Roman letters similar to an art nouveau Trajan but featuring lowercase characters. Mark Simonson had to use his imagination and his limited understanding of logotype design to complete what could not be utilized as logotype letters, staying faithful to the period in terms of its characteristics; as opposed to using fonts from that era.
Due to its striking beauty and bolder weights like Extrabold Black Heavy; version 2.0 also contains compatibility with Cyrillic as well as additional enhancements such as longer tailing capital Rs and longer ampersands as well as various under-the-hood improvements.
