Mukta is a Unicode compliant, versatile, contemporary, humanist, mono-linear typeface household accessible in seven weights, supporting Devanagari, Gujarati, Gurumukhi, Tamil and Latin scripts. This sort family members is actually a libre licensed version of Ek’s self-titled multi-script project, an ongoing effort to develop a unified variety family for every single Indian script. The goal would be to develop one particular harmonious family members across all Indian scripts without having letting the visual attributes of 1 script dominate more than other folks. Mukta was created by Girish Dalvi and Yashodeep Gholap. Mukta Vaani was developed by Noopur Datye and Pallavi Karambelkar with help from Sarang Kulkarni and Maithili Shingre. Mukta Malar was developed by Aadarsh Rajan. Mukta Mahee was created by Shuchita Grover and Noopur Datye.
