This Licence Agreement (�Agreement�) is an agreement between
You ("User") and Zdenek Gromnica ("Creator").
By using and/or publishing and/or distributing software from the Creator,
the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
The User is hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable,
non-transferable license to access the font software
only in a Licensed Unit and only subject to all of the terms
and conditions of this Agreement. The User has no rights
to the software other than as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
The User agrees that the Creator owns all right, title and interest
in and to the software, its structure, organization, code,
and related files, including all property rights therein
such as copyright, design and trademarks rights. The User agrees
that the font software, its structure, organization, code,
and related files are valuable property of the Creator and that any
intentional Use of the software not expressly permitted
by this Agreement constitutes a theft of valuable property.
All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are
expressly reserved to the Creator.
The User is transferred the right to use an arbitary number of copies
of the original font software in an arbitary number of products
EXCLUDING any kinds of commercial, business or corporate products
and the rights to create professional client based work.
This Agreement is non-exclusive and not transferable to third parties.
The Agreement includes the right to distribute the unchanged software
along with this agreement. The Agreement DOES NOT include the right
of resale, sub-Licence and electronic transmission of any kind.
The Agreement DOES NOT include the right of modify, reformat
or otherwise change the software.
The User agrees to identify the Creator by name and credit the Creator�s
ownership of the trademarks and copyrights in any credits.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT
OF COPYRIGHT, PATENT, TRADEMARK, OR OTHER RIGHT. IN NO EVENT SHALL
THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY,
INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE,
ARISING FROM, OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE
OR FROM OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
Violations against this Agreement by the User automatically causes
this Agreement to be terminated. In such cases all available copies
of the software shall promptly be destroyed. The Creator reserves
the right to initiate civil and criminal proceedings
for violations against the Agreement.
